Thanksgiving dinner is now more delicious and easier to pull off. Contimo Provisions makes legendary turkeys that come brined and stuffed, but without those pesky bones. Wings & drumsticks are left in-tact to keep the classic look, but the breast is deboned and stuffed creating a shorter cooking time that makes cooking & serving a cinch. If you're not a fan of turkey Contimo's ham is second to none.

Chicken - 4-6# we are treating chickens just like the turkeys allowing for smaller parties to enjoy the fun. $65
WHOLE SMOKED HAMS - Molasses brined and slow smoked these hams are perfect for the holidays and provide an unctuous alternative to the classic turkey. $16/pound
BUTTERMILK BISCUITS - Our buttermilk biscuits make the perfect side. They come partially baked, so all you have to do is finish them in the oven for 5 minutes. Available in multiples of 12. $18/doz.
BACON - Great for brussels sprouts or breakfast, our cubeb peppercorn bacon is dry-cured with salt and spices and slow smoked over alder wood. $18/lb
SAUSAGES - All of our sausages are available loose or linked - Chili, Fennel, Pepper and of course our Breakfast Sausage - $12-12.50/pound
COUNTRY PATÉ - The perfect gift for the host and great to snack on while dinner is being made, our country style patés are unparalleled in flavor and quality $25/pound
