EASTER HAMS

Our heritage pork hams are brined with molasses, smoked over alder wood and glazed with Meyer lemon. They are boneless and fully cooked. Ready to heat and serve or slice and eat cold. We recommend a 4-5oz serving of ham per person (more if you want leftovers). At this quantity you get 3-4 servings per pound.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

It’ best to pull your ham from the fridge 1-2 hours before you heat it. Don’t worry if you forgot, it will still turn out great!

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

  • Put the ham in a baking dish wish a 1/2 cup of water, white wine or beer of your choosing.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until 135ºF internal temperature is reached

  • Remove foil and pour on the meyer lemon glaze, return the ham to the oven for 7-10 minutes

  • Rest the ham for 10 minutes, then slice and eat

  • Save the leftovers for a great sandwich tomorrow!
